Our Goal:
To maintain Discount Marine Parts good reputation for
giving excellent service. To sell our customer a quality product at a
fair price. To try and locate those hard to find parts that we may not
have on hand.
Our Pricing:
Pricing for parts is taken from the current manufacturers
published price list. If we offer a discount, it is from that price list and
not an inflated price list. Obsolete part pricing varies depending on sources
and availability.
Shipping Cost:
We do not make money on shipping. We charge actual shipping
cost based on weight, destination and method of shipping. We will combine items
to save shipping cost.
Warranty:
All parts and product have a limited warranty. Parts being
currently manufactured, carry a 90 day manufacturers warranty. New, but
obsolete parts sold by Discount Marine Parts also carry a 90 day warranty.
Used parts carry a 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty is void
if part was damaged due to improper installation or abuse.
Return Policy:
Discount Marine Parts stands behind parts and products sold.
We do require customer to contact us for a "return goods authorization" before
returning parts. We realize that mistakes can happen and will always work with
customer. If the wrong part was sent and it was our error, we will pay for
shipping. There is no return on electrical parts! There is also no return on
parts that have been installed unless defective.
